General bug fixes and improvements

Improvements to Quantification
Evaluation
In the RT view, the metabolites table allows filtering and sorting metabolites.
For all other value types, choose between Threshold or Min-Max highlighting:
Threshold: Using the Threshold option allows highlighting samples that are outside the range calculated from the mean value of the selected samples +/- X % of that mean
Min-Max: This option displays a red bar in relation to the min and max values of the table. When filtering, the bar is calculated from the min and max values that are present in the filtered table.
Integration – RT Shifts
In case the “Align RT shifts” option is not working properly for a single analyte, the Auto peak picking can be tried in the "All view":
