Results | select, normalize, and export results

The Results module allows kit results to be organized and displayed in a variety of ways. For further data evaluation, results can be saved directly as Microsoft™ Excel™ worksheet or other file formats, e.g. .txt or .csv. If the statistics software R is used, please refer to R Compatible results.

The samples included in the report must be chosen from kit runs that have already been processed and validated. The display format can be customized, data preprocessing and target value normalization can be applied. Finally results can be downloaded.

Three views are available Data, Plots, and Statistics.

If not mentioned separately, the section Results refers to the default view Data.

Results sections

1. Load results: Choose the samples to be included in the report
2. Data: Configure report layout, data preprocessing, and target value normalization
3. Export results: Define output format to download results
