Load results

Load processed and validated sample data (results) from one or multiple kit runs.

Load data

To load results click Select data and define plate run(s) (1) or search for projects/submissions (2).

Selected data is loaded and displayed by clicking outside the filter window.

Available options in the Select data ▾ dropdown menu.

1 | Select plate run(s)​

1. Enter or paste plate run number(s) into the field, e.g. 1041020161-1 and 1041029076-1.

2. Click outside the filter window to load results of plate run(s).

2 | Advanced search​

Basic search

1. Use the Search... field to lookup the desired dataset based on project or submission keywords, e.g. "example kit".
2. Expand the projects and submissions until plate runs are shown.
3. Select data of plate run(s) by clicking on plate run(s)
4. Click outside the filter window to load results of plate run(s).

Select multiple plates

Advanced search

1. Click on the search icon Search options!.
2. Define the search query by providing as many details as necessary.
3. Click outside the filter window to load results of plate run(s).

To add results from additional plate runs, additional searches can be performed.

For example select all plate runs of a project or submission.

3 | Specific sample search​

The specific sample search is available after selecting plate run(s) (1) or defining an advanced search (2).

Results of specific samples or sample types can be shown.

Filter samples

1. Selecting plate run(s) (1), e.g. 1052001288-1 and 1052001292-2, or defining an advanced search (2).

2. Click filter samples Filter samples. A list of all loaded samples is shown → example 1.
3. Select or unselect samples → example 2.
4. Click outside the filter window to load results of selected samples.

Clear selected data​

To refine the selected samples or to clear the current data display and start over again, click the Select data ▾ dropdown menu.

Select Samples

Remove a plate run by clicking on the ⨉ button next to a plate run, e.g. 1041020161-1.

Clear the entire selection by clicking the large ⨉.
