Integration workflow FIA/XL

To calculate concentrations and checking the kit performance, FIA or FIA XL MS data needs to be integrated. Before performing an integration, upload or load MS data and define integration windows, as described below.

To integrate data of a FIA / FIA XL plate run,

• uploaded MS data, see Upload MS data, or
• use data available in the database, see Load MS data from database.

1. Define integration windows using QC2
2. Perform integrate FIA/FIA XL plate run

Define integration windows using QC2

1. Select a QC2 sample, e.g. on well 50.

   

2. Click left and right of the FIA signals.

   

Integrate FIA/FIA XL plate run

To perform the integration procedure of the selected plate run, click Integrate.

The progress is indicated as a blue bar at the upper left edge of the screen.
